Shipping Policy 

We ship worldwide!
  • Domestic or international, all orders are processed and shipped out in 1-3 business days. Most orders are shipped out the following day.
  • They are shipped from San Francisco, California via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
  • Multiple items are shipped together when possible
  • Melek Rugs is not responsible for any losses or damages during shipping.
Domestic Shipping
  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders
  • Delivery time is 2-7 business days 

International Shipping

  • Buyer is responsible for any additional customs-related fees and duties
  • Delivery time is 5-11 business days
  • We are legally required to mark international packages as merchandise, including the price paid. 

  

Return Policy

We really want you to love your purchase! If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return it:

  • Please contact us at contact@melekrugs.com with details of your order to arrange a return.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of your shipment receipt. If 7 days have gone by since you received the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
  • When we receive your email, we will advise with the correct return address.
  • To be eligible for return, all returned items must reach our warehouse in the same condition you received it within 14 calendar days from the time you are given the correct return address.

 

Returns Shipping 

  • Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). 

  • You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. 

  • We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If a returned item doesn't reach us, all liability remains with the shipping provider. We suggest you using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

  • We are not responsible for damage during return shipping. Items damaged during return shipping are not eligible for refunds.

 

Refunds
  • Inspecting your return takes maximum 3 business days from the day it arrives at our warehouse.
  • If your return is in good condition, we'll process the refund minus the original shipping fee and the processing fee ($10 USD). Taxes will be refunded in accordance with state laws.

 

Exchanges

Since most of our items are one-of-a-kind, they can go out of stock quickly. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the desired item will still be available by the time we are able to process your refund. Therefore, if you're looking to exchange an item, we recommend you go ahead and purchase the replacement.
